On the stage, a dancer begins a long pilgrimage through the different transformations that a body in conflict has to endure. The protagonist’s journey begins in the body of a sorcerer and ends in the growing energy of a plant that longs for sunlight. A path that brings him to his personal hell, using his body as a means to break free, to embrace, to open himself up and grow.
A performance without words with music and which focuses on the performer’s body and on his interaction with the public, the space, the music and the trapeze.
In this show, the artist works with different physical techniques like physical theatre, circus and butoh dance, while Caspar Guyer plays live music.
