Accademia Teatro Dimitri
Nothing is Lost
Final group project of the third year Bachelor students.
While they are imprisoned in a “huis-clos”, a group of girls and boys meditate, collide, waver between dejection and the need to rebel, questioning the role of art, of violence, of fighting and of which weapons are available to them.
In order to resist in an era, in which the strength of ideals falters, capitalism conforms, the body is exploited, the protagonists of this story throw themselves on the path to change, borrowing the words of Albert Camus, Kate Tempest, Wilhelm Reich, Sophie Scholl, Rosa Balistreri and others, offering their present to the audience with letters, files from archives and other personal materials. A group show on the border between reality and fiction, to celebrate the power of the Arts.
The show is not recommended for an underage and a particularly sensitive audience.
Ticket prices: adults CHF 28.–, students CHF 18.–.
