Mélina Prost “Mes Amours” – Première

Mes Amours is a poem like a threat.
The show draws inspiration from the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice in an adaptation which is ultimately a critique of the patriarchy.
Mes Amours is also an electronic music concert. Starting from the description of the feeling of love, we slide insidiously towards an evocation of violence. Anger grows. How did we come to this? What to do now?
Through this piece, we share our difficulties, our anger, and our aspirations, and we wonder about what it means to ‘’love’’ in a society eaten away by masculinity and misogyny.
