A show between physical theater and a documentary, based on Natalya Gorbanevskaya’s eponymous book.
Natalya Gorbanevskaya was one of the dissidents who on August 25, 1968 demonstrated in the Red Square against the occupation of Czechoslovakia: this performance depicts their struggle for freedom. Based on Gorbanevskaya’s autobiography and poems, intense moments of documentary theater and touching scenes of physical theater are united on stage, inspired by the “heretical” verses of those revolutionary years.
